If you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer, you likely have many questions about what comes next and who will be involved in your care. That’s why we created the HonorHealth Cancer Care Multi-Disciplinary Clinic, where we are dedicated to making your treatment as easy as possible.
Streamlined care, so you can get back to what matters most
In one visit, you’ll meet with a dedicated team of breast specialists who will explain your options and collaboratively create a care plan.
You will have a dedicated breast care navigator, who will coordinate face-to-face meetings with your entire care team.
You’ll have additional time with your team to ask questions and understand your options.
Your care team will meet to develop your individualized care plan. This plan will be shared with you on the same day as your visit to the clinic.
-
All of our treatment specialists in the MD Clinic accept the same insurance. This allows us to create a comprehensive plan for each patient that can be carried out without the added stress of calling around the Valley to see who will accept your insurance.
-
Every patient is welcomed into the clinic by a navigator who coordinates their specialist appointments in a timely fashion. The stress of a new diagnosis can be overwhelming, so it is the role of the navigators to skillfully and compassionately empower each patient with support and education.
